TagPilot

Tag every customer in one pass and predict their next move. Who is core, who is about to churn, who needs waking, when they buy again.

Customer tagging engine

Where are you stuck

If you nod at more than one of these, this engine was built for you. Open each to see how we solve it.

Tens of thousands of members, still split into just “bought” and “didn't”?

How we solve it

Value tier, activity and customer state, cut together

Value scores split the base into tiers, the activity index cuts again, and customer state (new, core, sleepy, half-idle, dormant) cuts a third time. The RSV matrix then segments on recency, stability and value together, fine enough to build a list directly.

By the time you notice a customer stopped coming back, it is already too late?

How we solve it

Churn risk and repurchase timing, calculated before they leave

Value, activity and state combine into a churn risk score, a predicted repurchase date and a transaction stability index. The list is flagged while the customer is still reachable, which is the only time retention means anything.

Every visitor sees the same recommended products and conversion will not move?

How we solve it

A 25-column customer tag export

Segmentation results export as a 25-column customer tag CSV, including ad recommendation fields. Tags apply themselves and segments split themselves, so marketing receives a list it can run, not a report it has to interpret.

What this engine actually does

  • Customer value (RFM)Who pays the bills, and where the budget should go
  • Customer activity indexWho is about to leave
  • New and existing stateWhere each customer sits in the lifecycle
  • Lifecycle predictionHow many will churn next quarter
  • Three-dimension segmentationSegments fine enough to act on directly
  • Customer tag exportA list you can hand straight to media
  • Customer insight reportThe whole customer picture
